The Nile
The Nile, one of the two longest rivers on Earth.
The Nile is one of the two longest rivers on Earth. It is not known for sure whether the Nile in Africa is longer than South America's Amazon.
Ancient Egyptian was completely dependant on the Nile, most of the cities in ancient Egypt lay in the Nile valley.
The Nile supports most of the population of Egypt, many of them living between otherwise inhospitable regions of the Sahara Desert.
